Session Fees

  • Individual Therapy (ages 5 to adult): $150 per 45–50 minute session

  • Group Therapy: $100 per session (group offerings vary throughout the year)

Billing & Payment

All sessions are billed through a secure, HIPAA-compliant payment system. Your card will be kept securely on file and automatically billed after each session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full session fee unless waived for emergencies

Insurance & Superbill

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide you with a superbill (a special receipt with billing codes) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Every insurance company handles out-of-network benefits differently. I recommend calling your provider to check your coverage before scheduling. Feel free to ask questions like:

  1. “Do I have out-of-network psychotherapy benefits?”

  2. “What is my deductible and has it been met?”

  3. “What percentage is reimbursed for out-of-network therapy?”

  4. “Do I need pre-authorization?”
